A week at MITC
Members book a court whenever they like, day or night. Regular groups also meet through the week. These were on the club's calendar in 2025:
- ROMEOS Tennis A weekday-morning group.
- Women's Fun Tuesday A weekly women's group.
- Fun Saturday Doubles Doubles one Saturday morning a month.
- Fun Fourth Friday A monthly Friday social.
- USTA league teams Men's, women's and mixed teams, including 55-and-over teams.
- The ladder Ladder tournaments in singles and doubles.
- Drills and clinics Group sessions with the club pros, from learning to play to advanced doubles.
Whether each group still runs is to be confirmed with the board. Members see the times in the CourtReserve app.

We call you and invite you to visit
The New Member Coordinator calls you, answers your questions and invites you to see the club, or to hit with a member. Then the club confirms your membership.
Memberships are limited.
Step 3 of 4
Pay in the CourtReserve app
Create a free CourtReserve account, or use the one you already have. The club adds your membership to it, and your dues and the Capital Reserve Fee appear in the app, ready to pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Checks are still accepted.
New members pay dues for the tennis year in which they join, prorated to October 1st. The coordinator tells you the amount for your first year.

Paying in the app is a later step: it starts once the board switches on online payments in CourtReserve. Until then, the coordinator explains how to pay. Nothing can be paid in this demo.

Play
The coordinator sets up your door access and sends a short welcome email: how to get the CourtReserve app, how to add your bookings to your own calendar, and where to find the Members' guide. Then book your first court in CourtReserve.

Renewing your membership
Dues are paid once a year, for the tennis year. To change your membership, for example from Single to Family, contact the club.
Proposed: renewing online
Online renewals are proposed from the 2027-28 tennis year, once the board switches on payments in CourtReserve. Then:
- CourtReserve would email you a reminder before the new tennis year.
- You would pay in the app or a web browser, by bank transfer (ACH) or card, or set up automatic payment.
- Checks would still be accepted.
Until then, nothing changes about how members renew.

Do I need to be a member to take lessons?
No. You don't need to be a member to book lessons or clinics with the club pros. Lessons & Clinics
Can I book a court without being a member?
No, court booking is for members only. To try the club first, come to an open house or a public event, take a lesson or join a clinic.
Are there court fees?
No. Member court time is free: it's included in your membership.
What is the Capital Reserve Fee?
The annual Capital Reserve Fee applies to all memberships. The board reviews and sets it each year. It is $250 (2025-26 rates as published; to be confirmed with the board).
